HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

When sending, the carrier sends you an email and a text message with your tracking number.
Finally, you can find your tracking number on your Ombrelle customer account once the package has been taken care of by the carrier.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE

If you weren't there during the delivery, the carrier normally left you a "delivery notice". On this notice, it is indicated when the carrier must return or where the package was deposited.
It sometimes happens that the carrier does not leave a transit advice note. This is why we advise you to regularly check the status of your delivery via the parcel tracking number that has been sent to you.
If your package is announced as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your caretaker or your neighbors if they have not received it for you.
If your package is announced as "Returned to sender", please contact us at help@ombrelle.co

I WANT TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS

You can e-mail us your new address and we'll do the necessary. The change of address can no longer be made (even by us) if the package has been sent to the carrier. At that time, you can try to contact the carrier to modify or add an additional address.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Pre-ordering is buying a part before it's made. So the delivery times of the pre-order depend on the production time. This time is indicated on the product sheet and in the order confirmation email. Lead times can vary between 4 to 10 weeks in general.

If your basket contains one or more products already in stock and in pre-order, they will only be shipped when the pre-order product is also in stock! If you are impatient, we invite you to place 2 separate orders to get the products in stock more quickly.

Once the order has been prepared and sent, the Colissimo delivery time is 3-4 days for France, 3-8 days for other destinations.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

For metropolitan France, shipping costs vary depending on the number of products in your basket. For a T-shirt, for example, they start at €5.51 for a relay delivery and €8.21 for a signature colissimo.

Shipping costs within and outside Europe are calculated automatically based on the weight of the order and the destination.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM FROM FRANCE?

If you have a problem with the size, color, defective product or simply changed your mind, you have 14 days to make an exchange or request a refund by writing to us at help@ombrelle. co
We will send you a La Poste (Colissimo) return label: prepare your package and affix the Colissimo label that you obtained when you requested your return, then drop it off at the post office or make a collection request in your mailbox.
Of course, the items must be returned in perfect condition (new, unworn, unwashed) and labeled in their original packaging.
You will get your exchange or refund within 14 days.
